Admissions
Most students apply 6-12 months before their intended intake. We recommend starting early for the best program and scholarship options. Shortlisting and document preparation take 4-6 weeks; applications take another 2-4 weeks depending on the university.
Not always. Many UK, Australian and Irish universities waive English requirements if your prior education was in English. We advise you on the exact requirements for each program so you don't waste money on unnecessary tests.
Our counselors review your profile, draft a tailored SOP, and guide your referees on what a strong LOR looks like for your target country and program.
Most countries have two or three intakes per year: Fall (September/October), Spring (January/February), and sometimes Summer (May/June). The Fall intake is the largest with the most program availability and scholarship options. We help you plan your application timeline based on your preferred intake.
Yes, and we recommend it. Applying to 4-6 universities increases your chances of admission and scholarships. We help you build a balanced list of reach, match, and safety universities based on your profile and budget.
Visas
With complete documentation and honest financials, our success rate is consistently among the highest in the region. We focus on getting it right the first time rather than cutting corners.
Processing times vary by country: typically 2-4 weeks for the UK, 1-3 weeks for Canada (SDS), and 2-6 weeks for Australia. We begin the process as soon as you receive your offer.
Yes. We cover accommodation options, travel, health insurance, banking and cultural tips in a dedicated briefing before you fly.

Most study destinations allow part-time work during term time (usually 20 hours per week) and full-time during scheduled breaks. The UK allows 20 hours/week, Canada allows 20 hours/week off-campus, and Australia allows 48 hours per fortnight. We advise you on the specific work rights for your destination.
If your visa is refused, we review the refusal reasons, strengthen your application, and reapply. In some cases, you may be able to appeal. We do not charge additional fees for visa reapplication support.

Test Preparation
It depends on your target universities. IELTS is accepted everywhere and is most popular for UK, Australia, and Canada. TOEFL is preferred by many US universities. PTE is accepted by most institutions and offers faster results (typically within 2 days). We advise you on the best test for your situation.
Requirements vary by programme: typically IELTS 6.0-6.5 for undergraduate and 6.5-7.0 for postgraduate. Some programmes (medicine, law, education) may require higher scores. We help you understand the exact requirements for your target programmes.
IELTS scores are valid for 2 years from the test date. We recommend taking IELTS about 12-18 months before your intended start date, giving you time to retake if needed while keeping your score valid for applications.
GRE is required for many US and some Canadian/European graduate programmes, especially in STEM and social sciences. GMAT is typically required for MBA programmes. Many UK, Australian, and Irish universities do not require GRE/GMAT. We advise you on whether your target programmes require these tests.
