OE Consultants (Pvt) Ltd operates on a student-first model. Our core services — including initial consultation, university shortlisting, application support, SOP/LOR guidance, and visa documentation review — are completely free for students, funded entirely by our partner universities. We also offer optional paid add-on services for students who require additional specialized support.
This policy explains when and how refunds are handled for each type of service.

All add-on service fees are communicated upfront before any payment is collected. Pricing is transparent and fixed — you will know the total cost before you commit.
Given the intangible nature of customized professional consultancy and immigration services, the following refund structure applies to all paid add-on services:
You have the right to request a full 100% refund within a strict window of forty-eight (48) hours following digital execution of the service agreement, provided that no official documentation bundles have been compiled and no university or embassy applications have been lodged.
If a cancellation is requested after 48 hours but prior to the final lodging of applications, a partial refund may be issued. This amount is calculated by deducting a non-refundable baseline administrative overhead fee of 25% plus a flat charge of PKR 10,000 for each logged hour of specialized counselor or attorney assessment time.
Once a client's application portfolio, student visa file, or tourist visa application has been officially finalized, signed off on by the client, and lodged with the respective university admissions office, embassy portal, or biometric collection partner, the underlying service is considered completely delivered. At this milestone, all paid consultancy and processing invoices become 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.
All official institutional tuition deposits, international application fees, SEVIS fees, mandatory embassy visa processing fees, and mandatory health insurance fees are paid by the client directly to the respective universities and state authorities. OE Consultants (Pvt) Ltd exercises zero control over third-party regulatory pricing, and such items are entirely excluded from our corporate refund policy.

For payments made via JazzCash, easypaisa, or bank transfer, refunds may be processed via bank transfer to your nominated account.
A formal visa refusal by an international government authority or an application rejection by a university admissions board does not constitute a failure of service delivery by OE Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. Our scope of work covers administrative processing, preparation support, and formal document auditing. The final power of decision rests solely with external sovereign immigration bodies and universities.
Unjustified chargebacks initiated under these circumstances will be defended using logged digital system signatures and signed Electronic Confirmations of Service (eCOS).
Electronic Confirmation of Service (eCOS): Upon complete execution of an invoice's underlying deliverables (e.g., successful submission of a visa packet or final delivery of document bundles), the student electronically signs a delivery confirmation form within their portal interface. This explicit consumer sign-off serves as concrete proof of service execution.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
