Cancellation and refund policies for paid add-on services are as follows. Core services (admissions, visa processing, career counseling, SOP/LOR guidance) are free of charge and not subject to refunds.
Third-party fees (university application fees, SEVIS fees, visa processing fees, health insurance) are paid directly to the respective institutions and are excluded from our refund policy.
A visa refusal or university application rejection does not constitute a failure of service delivery. Unjustified chargebacks will be defended using logged digital signatures and signed Electronic Confirmations of Service (eCOS). For full details, see our Refund Policy.
