Data Deletion Request

1. What this covers

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data OE Consultants holds about you. It applies to information you submit through our website (contact and lead forms), through advertisements (including Facebook Lead Ads), when you book a consultation, or when you correspond with us.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to info@oeconsultants.site with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address and/or phone number you used when contacting us
• Any other detail that helps us identify your records (e.g., a lead ad submission)

3. What we delete

On verification of your request we delete, subject to legal retention obligations: your lead and contact-form submissions, correspondence and chat messages (WhatsApp, Messenger, email records), marketing preferences, and your account profile if you have a client portal login.

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, financial records for contracted services), which will be minimized and kept only for as long as legally required.

4. Timeline and confirmation

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will email you when the deletion is complete. If we cannot fulfil the request in full, we will explain why in the same reply.
